Upon downloading this digital product you are obtaining a “license to use” these graphics and you are agreeing to the following Terms of Use, so please read them fully and be sure that you understand them.

The graphic files contained in this e-file are the product(s)/intellectual property of the original creator, Pyralis Designs (aka Jill Donoho) and are protected by United States and International copyright law. The purchase of this digital file allows individuals to create personal and scrap for hire, digital (flattened, non-layered) layouts & crafts for sale to individual clients. Purchase includes a single professional use license per each individual item. This license is non-transferable (meaning that it is not extended to and may not be sold or given to any other individual or party such as manufacturers, corporations, companies, partnerships or LLC's) and is licensed only to the original purchaser.

I do ask that you purchase the product for each individual client. The product does not have to be purchased at full price and can be purchased and used even if it is on sale. By the way, I like to have sales, as I am a sale shopper myself! 

 

Credit is always appreciated but not required, unless you post completed projects online through e-groups, bulletin boards, galleries, forums, newsgroups, or submit to magazines for possible publication, please include the product title, Pyralis Designs and 3Scrapateers and/or Just the Right Scrap (depending where you bought the product) in the credits.

You may use this product in the following ways for profit. This list is not all encompassing, so if you don’t see it here, email me at pyralis@justtherightscrap.com and ask. Exceptions to these terms of use will be granted on a case-by-case basis, so email me if you have questions. I am pretty easy going.

You May:

· You may use these files for Personal Use and also for Limited Professional Use (e.g. scrap for hire, scrap for others, sometimes called an “Angel” policy/license/use)

· You may create layouts with these graphics for paying or non-paying clients. The final product you provide to a client must be in flattened form, either printed or in an electronic single-layer flattened .jpeg or the equivalent.

· You may create calendars, candy wrappers, altered/hybrid projects and many other crafts for sale with the printed form of these graphics. These graphics are designed at 300 ppi so they are excellent print quality.

· You may make one copy of this e-file solely for back-up purposes, provided that all Terms of Use, Professional Use Licenses and other proprietary documents are retained with these back-ups.

· You may use items created by me, purchased in the past, present or in the future, including freebies.

· You may modify/alter these files to suit your needs: color, size etc.

 

You May NOT:

 

· You may not claim these graphics or alter and claim these graphics as your own.

· You may not take any part of these graphics, add it to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own.

· You may not make any of my graphics into tubes, custom shapes or brushes and/or redistribute/share them in any way.

· You may not offer any of my graphics images on any webpage for download, send them through lists, news, groups or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.

· You may not make digital scrap kits, ploppers, quick pages (pre-made pages) or templates and sell or distribute them.

· You may not use these graphics to make mass produced items and sell or distribute them.

· You may not share, loan, rent, resell, distribute, transfer, sublicense, posted across a bulletin board, network, modem, Internet or web page or otherwise make available the graphic(s) for use or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.

· You may not use my graphics (free or paid for) in any online collections, CD’s or other storage mediums, sold or distributed in any way including sharing via e-mail, groups, newsgroups, chats, etc.

 

Please do not use these files for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

 

Pyralis Designs & 3Scrapateers and/or Just the Right Scrap are not responsible to any person, organization or business for any loss and/or damages incurred from the use of these products. I reserve the right to modify any or all of my terms at my own discretion.
